How it works

Upload the tender material
Drop in the files – PDF, Word, spreadsheets or a ZIP file. TedBid finds requirements, deadlines and the documents to submit.
Step 2
Type “Lav tilbuddet” (make the bid)
TedBid drafts every answer with sources. You keep editing in the chat, for example “make the answer shorter”.
Step 3
Check and submit
Review the submission list, approve the package and upload it yourself in the portal. TedBid never submits anything for you.

Payment, commitment and cancellation
- Is there a commitment?
- No, beyond the month you have paid for. The subscription runs until you cancel it.
- How do I cancel?
- You can cancel with effect from the end of the current billing period. Prepaid periods are not refunded unless the law requires it.
- How do I pay?
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, as described in the terms. Write to kontakt@q-analytics.dk if you want to start a paid plan.
- Do prices include VAT?
- Prices are excl. 25% Danish VAT. The price incl. VAT is shown under each plan.
- Can I start for free?
- Yes. The free plan gives you 1 active tender and needs no card.
- What happens to my data when I stop?
- You can export your data until the account is closed. It is then deleted as described in the privacy policy.
